Tainted Minds have announced their departure from the Call of Duty world. In a statement they released, it was said with the significant changes to the format for both national and international competition, the executive decision was made not to re-sign the roster for the remainder of the 2019 season.
“Thank you to all the players that made up the past iterations of our teams and the fans for supporting them along their journey. We will hopefully be back in the future”
-Nick Bobir – CEO, Tainted Minds
Damage, Nimble and Zepa have been released from their contracts early so that they can find an appropriate team for the upcoming Dallas event. Setzy has been acquired from another organisation, which we will find out in due time. Swiftazor has sadly retired from Call of Duty.
We want to wish each player the best of luck for the rest of the season. We also want to send our well wishes to the Tainted Minds management.
Update: Quote from Nick Bobir re-formatted, clarification that Nick is the CEO of Tainted Minds added.
