Last week Xaviant Studios released “The Culling 2…. and nobody cared.
Well, on day 1 a few people cared, with the game peaking at 249 players, dropping to 13 players on day 2. 50 players are needed to play a single game.
In the wake of this fail, Josh Van Veld, Director of Operations at Xaviant has released a video addressing the issues and stating that they will be removing The Culling 2 from Steam, PlayStation Store and the Xbox Store.
“One thing that has emerged very clearly for us is The Culling 2 was not a game that you asked for, and it’s not the game you expect as the worthy successor to The Culling.”
he good news is that Xaviant has decided to work on the original day one build of The Culling 1 and work to creating a full release of the game that brought the brand to fame in 2016.
