In this mojo-filled expansion, Rastakhan’s Rumble explores the gladiatorial and spiritual side of trolls by examining the synergy between the Loa and their corresponding Spirit. To illustrate this, Dave revealed the Loa and Spirit of the Priest team in the Rumble, Bwonsamdi’s Zombies:
- Spirit of the Dead – While this Spirit is on the board, any minions that die return to the player’s deck… and they only cost one mana when drawn!
- Spirit cards are 0/3 minions that have Stealth for one turn. They’re also Rare cards, so players can put two in their deck. Every class has a Spirit, representing nine different loa.
- Bwonsamdi – The loa of the dead himself! This Legendary minion fills a player’s hand with one-cost minions from their deck. Pairing the Spirit of the Dead with Bwonsamdi make for a killercombo!
- Loa are powerful Legendary minions that synergise with their Spirit. Every class has a Loa they can call upon.
