Last week during Gamescom in Germany, Bluehole and PUBG Corp announced that the battle royal game that started it all, PlayerUnknowns Battlegrounds is coming out of Beta on Console.
Since launch, PUBG has been an Xbox exclusive and big question has always been whether it will cross over to PS4 as well.
Well we may be deeply speculating here ( along with GamesRadar who first reported this), but it looks like we have our first clue from of all sources… Microsoft Xbox.
To celebrate the PUBG console 1.0 release, Major Nelson’s Inside Xbox show ran a documentary looking at the transition from PC to console and at the 0:54 you can clearly see a PS4 Pro and Dual Shock controller on the developer’s desk:
This may well be just a dev’s personal PlayStation that they play on in breaks but we can ignore that potential reality and replace it with our own speculation right?
