Guest Post - Will Dube

Detective Pikachu is the Pokémon game every adventure game fan has been waiting for!

Playing as Tim Goodman, you partner with Pikachu, the self-proclaimed “great detective,” to solve strange occurrences in Ryme City. Together, you must take notes, investigate and meet up with other Pokémon to unravel the city’s greatest mysteries.

As Tim searches for his missing father in Ryme City, he encounters a witty, tough-talking Pikachu!
Along the journey, you can experience over 150 animated cutscenes where Pikachu provides helpful hints… or talks up a storm.

After Tim and Pikachu’s initial meeting, the two begin to chase two Aipom, one with ketchup on its hand and the other white paint, who were causing trouble throughout the city by harassing citizens and stealing jewellery. Together, Tim and Pikachu solve various cases. One example is of two people being chased by a red-eyed Glalie and finding a hiding Drifblim.
